As our recent AGM has concluded about a week ago, on behalf of ALU Group Chairman, Board of Directors, Members/Delegates extend our sincere thanks for the support and services provided by NOVOTEL service staffs during our events held at Cinnamon Room.
With some exception of the closing of the swimming pool for renovation and the alternative arrangements offered to swim elsewhere may have caused some unhappiness for some our members/delegates.
Most feedback are generally positive. Please extend my thanks to the duty staff/s at the meeting room who were most helpful during times of need.
Not forgetting to thank the front desk service staffs who may have took the brunt from some of our more demanding members/delegates.
Like to make special mention you; Kevin, Janice coordinating together with James and Yeeda, for your patience and understanding in handling some of our last minute room issues.

As always with these events, things changed at short notice and these changes were accommodated quickly and effectively and never appeared to be any problem.Specifically, I would ask you to thank, on my behalf, Jacilyn in the management team and the event team leaders that were assigned to our series of meetings and evening receptions. I would also ask you to thank Joanna on the reception desk who swiftly and efficiently addressed my frequent requests for printing, passing messages and other sundry tasks. Although she was clearly busy with her reception duties, she always addressed my requests immediately and with a smile.

We would like to convey our sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU to you and your team, particularly Sharan for a job well done during our GOAL Training held at your hotel from 23rd to 25thMarch. ALL of the participants including the trainer’s feedback were superb. The AV was great that I do not have to personally lift a finger on the set up.
