I am writing to congratulate all concerned at the hotel with the excellent quality and friendly service. As always with these events, things changed at short notice and these changes were accommodated quickly and effectively and never appeared to be any problem.

Specifically, I would ask you to thank, on my behalf, Jacilyn in the management team and the event team leaders that were assigned to our series of meetings and evening receptions. I would also ask you to thank Joanna on the reception desk who swiftly and efficiently addressed my frequent requests for printing, passing messages and other sundry tasks. Although she was clearly busy with her reception duties, she always addressed my requests immediately and with a smile.

We would like to convey our sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU to you and your team, particularly Sharan for a job well done during our GOAL Training held at your hotel from 23^rd to 25^th March. ALL of the participants including the trainer’s feedback were superb. The AV was great that I do not have to personally lift a finger on the set up. Tea / coffee breaks were on time and so were the lunches.
